Patricia McCarthy is currently the Vice President of Workplace Strategy & Execution at Wells Fargo, where they focus on developing and implementing strategies to support team member space needs across various locations. Previously, Patricia held roles including Business Initiatives Consultant at Wells Fargo Bank, where they facilitated real estate management for over 1,400 team members, and served as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Editor at Fortune Magazine. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from Boston University College of Fine Arts, Patricia is skilled in team development, project management, and event execution. They are also a committed member of the Blue Hill Troupe, Ltd., an organization dedicated to supporting NYC charities through performance.
