Previously, Nicole worked as an Outreach Specialist at Iowa Workforce Development and as a Spanish Teacher in various school districts, where they focused on student engagement and curriculum development. They earned a Master's degree in Instruction from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Spanish from Wartburg College.
