Kozo Noborio, CFA, is currently the Head of Finance for Japan at Wells Fargo, where they manage financial reporting, accounting, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting. They have extensive experience in liquidity risk management and capital management from previous roles at Société Générale and Deutsche Bank. Noborio began their career as an accountant at Asahi Kasei Electronics Co. Ltd. and continued to develop their expertise at MUFG and J.P. Morgan. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Doshisha University.
