Gideon Lakew is the Vice President and Lead Business Execution Consultant at Wells Fargo Bank, where they serve as the region coach for the Southeast Region, supporting leaders across 126 branches and over 950 employees. A California native, Gideon began their career at Wells Fargo in 2008 and has held various leadership positions in branch banking, including in Atlanta and Washington, D.C., before moving to Houston in 2017. In addition to their professional endeavors, Gideon actively engages with the Houston community and serves on the Executive Board of Career Gear of Houston, which empowers men in poverty through professional development and mentoring. Gideon holds a B.B.A. from the University of Arizona and an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
