Fiona Chesney is the APAC Head of Infrastructure & Shared Services at Wells Fargo, where they currently serve as Executive Director and Chair of the APAC Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Workforce Committee. With extensive experience in compliance, regulatory, and operational risk management, Fiona has overseen APAC regional control programs and has held various leadership roles, including Co-chair of the APAC Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council. Previously, they worked at Credit Suisse in various positions, including Vice President of Global Operational Risk Control and New Business Coordination. Fiona holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics with French from the University of St. Andrews, where they graduated with First Class Honours.
