Amy Jarnagin is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the financial industry, focusing on operations management and HR functions, including leadership development and diversity and inclusion consultation. Currently serving as a Vice President at Wells Fargo, they manage program strategy development for a Control Management Development Program, while also leading DEI initiatives and organizational strategies. In previous roles, Amy has been instrumental in developing programs for veterans and people with diverse abilities and has held leadership positions in volunteer organizations advocating for disability inclusion.
