Stalin Ebenesar has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Stalin started their career as a Production Engineer at Lokesh Machines Limited in India from July 2015 to August 2016. During this time, they were responsible for developing 3D and 2D models of automobile parts, monitoring manufacturing processes, conducting quality inspections, and maintaining standard operating procedures. Stalin also made modifications to the design of a crankshaft using AutoCAD and provided necessary tools and parts to the production lines.

In 2018, Stalin worked as a Business Project Coordinator at Arctic Pole Business Group for a short period of time from January to May. Stalin then joined Multimatic Technical Center as a Composite Technician from November 2018 to January 2021.

Currently, Stalin is employed at Welbilt Inc. since April 2021. Stalin initially served as a Quality Technician and is currently working as a Quality Engineer. Stalin Ebenesar pursued their education in a chronological order. Stalin first attended Govt. higher secondary school, Azhikode from 1999 to 2009. Following that, they attended St. Michael's higher secondary school from 2009 to 2011. After completing their secondary education, Stalin enrolled at Kannur University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2011 to 2015. Stalin then pursued a post-graduation diploma in Advanced Project Management and Strategic Leadership at Lambton College from 2016 to 2018.

In terms of additional certifications, Stalin obtained a certification in "Introduction to Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing" from LinkedIn in June 2021.
