Tracy Figg is a fundraising leader and coach with extensive experience in building and growing revenue portfolios. They served as the Assistant Vice President of Corporate Relations at The Royal Conservatory of Music and later as the President of Tracy Figg Consulting & Coaching, specializing in CSR and fundraising strategy. Tracy has held various notable positions, including Associate Director of Development at Weizmann Canada and Senior Director at SickKids Foundation, where they led significant revenue-generating initiatives. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Sociology at the University of Toronto at Mississauga.
