Yang Zhang currently serves as the China Head of Human Resources and US Tech Team HRD at Weee!, having held this position since May 2021. Prior to this role, Yang was the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Wanda Cultural Industry Group from March 2018 to May 2021, where responsibilities included the design and implementation of performance appraisal systems. Yang's earlier experience includes working as the HR Project Manager for Club Med Great China, contributing to the establishment of the "Club Med Joyview" HR Management system and playing a key role in the opening of the second Club Med in China, as well as serving as a Regional HR Specialist at Anheuser-Busch InBev. Yang holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Harbin Engineering University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Harbin University of Science and Technology.
