Massimo Franceschi is the Chief Operating Officer for Clough and Webuild's business in Australia. They have held various leadership roles, including Project Director for the Future Generation JV on the Snowy 2.0 project at Webuild from 2021 to 2025, and previously served as Operations Country Director for the UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar. Prior to their time at Webuild, Massimo was a Project Director at Salini Impregilo from 2013 to 2020. They are currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Geotechnical studies at Università degli Studi di Padova.
