Ken Chen is an experienced professional in the auto industry with 30 years of working history, including over 22 years in Lean Manufacturing. Currently, Ken serves as the Director of the Webasto Production System at Webasto Group, a position held since 2015. Previous roles include Deputy Quality Manager at Benteler Huizhong Automotive and Operational Excellence Manager at Eaton Corporation.
