Grace is a strategy and operations leader with extensive experience in management and consulting. They are currently the Chief of Staff for Operations at Wealthsimple, having previously served as the Director of Operations there. Grace worked at Bain & Company from 2021 to 2023, where they advanced from Associate Consultant to Senior Manager, specializing in Sustainability and ESG. They hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Toronto and an MBA from INSEAD.
