Cole Salzman is a Project Manager at WDS Construction, Inc., having progressed from Assistant Project Manager since June 2021. Prior experience includes an internship at HENSEL PHELPS and a role as a Project Manager Intern at Systems Technologies, where project management skills were developed while working independently and alongside experienced project managers. Cole has also gained hands-on experience as a Construction Laborer at PGA Inc. and as an Engineering Intern at JARP Industries, Inc., where expertise in hydraulic cylinder design and equipment operation was acquired. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, along with a certification in Erosion and Storm Water Management from the University of Minnesota.
