Jessica Edwards, CRCR, currently serves as the Director of Client Support Experience at Waystar, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this role, Jessica was the Associate Director of Revenue Cycle Operations at AKASA from September 2021 to June 2022, and has held various positions at Waystar, including Strategic Solutions Manager and Team Lead for Health Systems and Hospitals Client Success. Earlier experience includes serving as an Enterprise Business Analyst at ZirMed, now part of Waystar, and working as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Communication at the University of Louisville, where Jessica taught public speaking courses. Additionally, experience as a Fundraising Coordinator at the Muscular Dystrophy Association focused on raising funds for neuromuscular disease services in the Greater Kentucky and Southwest Indiana area. Jessica holds a Master's of Arts in Communication and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, both from the University of Louisville.
