Sharon Dralle Wilkinson is the Managing Director of HR at Waypoint Services, a role they have held since 2019. Previously, Sharon served as a Human Resources Consultant and owner of SDW Consulting from 2009 to 2017 and worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Oasis from 2017 to 2019. With a strong background in human resources, Sharon has also held positions such as Business Liaison for the State of Iowa and Corridor Area Manager at Sedona Staffing. They have been actively involved in various professional organizations, including serving as Past President of the Iowa Senior Human Resources Association and the International Association of Personnel in Employment Security.
