Alex Ofili, Ph.D., is currently serving as the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources for Wayne-Westland Community Schools. Previously, Alex held the position of Village Oaks Elementary Principal at Novi Community School District from 2017 to 2022 and worked as an Assistant Principal at Ypsilanti Public Schools and Birmingham Public Schools. Alex also has a history as a student-athlete at the University of Michigan. Alex is pursuing a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration at Harvard Graduate School of Education, building on an extensive educational background that includes a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Eastern Michigan University.
