Fabian Elizondo is currently the Safety and Security Intelligence Manager at Wayfair, where they oversee security operations and develop comprehensive security strategies. Previously, they served as the Global Security Operations Center Supervisor at Allied Universal. Fabian has experience as a Head of Security and front of house manager at Cleat & Anchor and has held assistant coaching positions at Quincy High School and Braintree High School Football. They also completed internships at Yarmouth Police Department and Dennis Police Department. Fabian holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Mount Ida College and an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Cape Cod Community College.
