David Sefton serves as the Operations Manager at Way Mechanical since June 2025, after holding the same position at Bernhard from May 2021 to May 2025. Previously, David worked as a Senior Project Manager at Lee Company and US Engineering, with tenures from June 2013 to May 2021 and October 2011 to May 2013 respectively. David also gained experience as a Project Manager/Project Development at Lyons Company from April 2009 to October 2011, and as a coach and parent at sky soccer during the same period. Early career experience includes a Mechanical Engineer role at Southland Industries from 2005 to 2009. David holds a degree in Commerce and Engineering with a focus on Engineering and Management from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business, completed between 1996 and 2000.
