Jorge Morales is currently the BIM-Cad Department Manager at Way Engineering, Ltd., a position held since 2016. They previously owned and served as PM/BIM Manager/Coordinator at eDesignsMEP from 2012 to 2016 and worked as a Mechanical Designer at Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. from 2007 to 2012. Earlier in their career, they held roles as a Project Manager at The Letsos Co. and as a Detailer/Project Manager at CAI Metals. Jorge is also pursuing education at the University of Houston-Downtown.
