Danielle Smith is currently the Director of Sales for Consumer Goods, Industrial, and Government at Waupaca Foundry, where they lead the company's sales strategy and oversee Key Account Managers. Previously, Danielle held various roles at Finkl Steel, culminating in the position of Director of Marketing Administration & Inside Sales, managing multiple teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Danielle's experience also includes earlier roles as a sales intern and concession stand worker, as well as serving as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. An active member of several industry committees, Danielle is also an international speaker on continuous improvement leadership.
