Michael Gotsch is an experienced educator and accountant currently serving as the District Accountant for the School District of Waukesha since October 2023. Previously, Michael was a Special Education Teacher at Wauwatosa School District from August 2022 to September 2023, where responsibilities included developing professional development focused on accommodations for students with learning disabilities. Before that, Michael taught Special Education at Milwaukee Public Schools for over a decade, providing training on digital tools for educators and supporting students with special needs through various instructional strategies. Michael's career began as an English Second Language Teacher at Chungdahm Learning in South Korea. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration in Education Leadership from Milwaukee School of Engineering, a Master’s degree in Urban Education from Cardinal Stritch University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Notre Dame.
