Shalimar Wallis was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. They graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Minor in Spanish, later earning a Juris Doctorate with honors from South Texas College of Law in 2001. While in law school, Shalimar excelled in moot court competitions, finishing undefeated and winning three National Championships. They joined Watts Guerra LLP upon graduation and have been a partner at the firm since 2003, specializing in personal injury and commercial plaintiff cases. Shalimar is an active speaker and lecturer in the legal community and participates in various associations while volunteering in their local community.
