Amanda Kirshenblat, MEd, is currently a Principal Consultant in Leadership and Culture Advisory Services at Waterstone Human Capital, where they assess and enhance organizational culture and leadership capabilities across North America. Previously, Amanda has held roles such as Senior Director of Business Operations at Newtopia Inc., where they focused on aligning people strategies with business objectives, and as an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at Slalom, enabling companies to maximize their business value. Amanda’s early career included positions as a LifeWorks Health Promotion & Research Intern and Lead Health Coach, where they contributed to health and wellness initiatives. They are actively pursuing degrees in Human Resources Management and Adult Education, along with a Graduate Certificate in Workplace Wellness and Health Promotion from the University of Toronto and Centennial College.
