Mike Keilholz is the Director of Commercial Operations and Transformation for the Americas at Waters Corporation, a role they expanded to include oversight of the Global Strategic Account Management group and North American Informatics Sales team in July 2023. Previously, they served as the Southeast District Senior Sales Manager, leading a sales team and achieving significant growth while mentoring team members. With earlier roles at Waters, Mike developed strong customer relationships and achieved notable success, including being a four-time recipient of the President’s Club Award. Mike holds a BS in Chemistry from Western Carolina University and is currently pursuing an MBA at North Carolina State University.
