Caroline Bennie is the Head of People and Operations at Watermans since April 2019, bringing extensive experience in human resources and operations. Prior roles include HR Project Manager and Senior HR Officer at Bield Housing & Care from January 2015 to April 2019, where a focus on employee relations and management development was maintained. At Marks and Spencer from September 2008 to January 2015, Caroline served as HR Business Partner, designing and delivering a comprehensive people strategy across multiple sites, as well as holding positions as Store Manager and Commercial Manager. Caroline Bennie holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Napier University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies and Human Resource Management from the University of Stirling, complemented by leadership training through Remarkable Leadership by Remarkable Women.
