Filbert Nainggolan is an engineer with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Universitas Indonesia, which was obtained in 2018. They gained experience as a Reliability Engineer at PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia in 2017, where they conducted failure mode and effect analysis and developed a new method called the critical reliability variable. Filbert also worked as a Project Engineer at PT Otsukatec Inti Prima from 2018 to 2019, and served as a Senior Officer QS & Engineering at PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk from 2019 to 2020.
