Arief Fadliansyah served as the Production Manager of the Heavy Equipment Division at PT Waskita Karya Infrastruktur from 2019 to 2021. They have held various positions in the engineering field, including roles as Officer of the Engineering & Standardisation Department, Site Engineering and Contract Administration Manager, and Site Engineering Manager during their tenure at PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. Prior to this, Arief worked as a Civil Superintendent at PT. Rekayasa Industri and as a Laboratory Assistant at the University of Indonesia, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering/Structure.
