Michael Droke serves as an Executive Committee Member and Chair of the Food & Beverages Committee at the Washington Athletic Club, where Michael is also a Corporate Trustee. At Dorsey & Whitney LLP, Michael holds the position of Firmwide Leader for the Food, Agriculture, and Cooperatives Industry Group and is a Senior Partner in Agriculture/Cooperative and Labor/Employment Practice Groups, specializing in legal issues related to food and agriculture. Michael has contributed to academia as a Guest Lecturer at Washington State University’s Carson College of Business. Previously, Michael worked as a Partner at Littler Mendelson and as an Employment Manager and Consultant at Santa Cruz Seaside Company. Michael earned a JD, Summa Cum Laude, from Santa Clara University School of Law and a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
