Leonardo Germinario is an accomplished music industry professional with extensive experience in synch and licensing. Currently serving as the Synch & Licensing Director and Head of Synch Licensing & Special Projects at Warner Chappell Music since July 2013, Leonardo leads the Synch, Licensing, and Special Projects Department, focusing on advertising, film and television, original soundtracks, and video games. Prior to this role, Leonardo was Vice President of Sales at Sony/ATV Music Publishing for nearly a year and held the same position at EMI Music Publishing Italia for over a decade, where responsibilities included managing advertising, games, and corporate brand relationships. Additionally, Leonardo served as Head of Sales and Synch & Licensing Manager, overseeing music copyright licensing for various media productions in Italy.
