Wojciech Tatys is an experienced leader in business excellence and transformation, currently serving as Senior Director, GBS Continuous Improvement Lead at Warner Bros. Discovery since November 2022. Previously, Wojciech held the position of Global Business Excellence & Transformation Director at Warner Bros. Discovery and was part of Discovery Inc. as Global Business Excellence & Transformation Lead. Throughout the career, Wojciech has designed and implemented transformation frameworks, led key initiatives in operational excellence, and managed global transformation projects across various organizations, including CBRE Corporate Outsourcing and Hewlett-Packard. In addition, Wojciech provides training and consultancy in Lean Six Sigma and SSC transformation through White Raven Academy and Fundacja Lean Education.
