Stuart Mather is an experienced P&C Operations Leader with a strong background in human resources, holding an MSc in Human Resource Management and a CIPD qualification. They began their career as a Recruitment Consultant and progressed to HR Business Partner at Macmillan Cancer Support, where they provided strategic HR solutions from 2004 to 2010. From 2010 to 2016, they served as HR Operations Manager at Notting Hill Housing Trust, leading various HR initiatives while deputizing for the HR Director. Currently, Stuart is expanding their expertise as a VP in People & Culture Services at Warner Bros. Discovery. They also completed an MBA in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Human Resources in 2023.
