Ann Willis is a results-driven leader currently serving as the Director, Team Lead Sales & Retail Business Development at Warner Bros. Discovery. Previously, they held the position of Senior Sales Director at The CPG by MPG, where they grew businesses at major retailers such as Target, Kohl's, and Best Buy. Ann's earlier experience includes roles as Director of Sales at The Northwest Company and National Account Manager/Marketing Manager at Minnesota Rubber and Plastics, where they developed a successful product line of silicone bakeware. They began their career at Target, taking on multiple roles that included Senior Buyer and Merchandise Planning Manager. Ann is pursuing a BS in Fashion Merchandising/Retail Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
