Neil Hayes is currently the Commercial Director at Walr, where they focus on unifying technology and expertise to enhance customer growth through innovative market research solutions. They previously held positions such as Client Development Manager at Lightspeed APAC (2021 - 2024), Director for Australia and New Zealand at Toluna (2014 - 2016), and Account Director at Toluna (2013 - 2014). Earlier in their career, Neil served as a Research Analyst at YouGov Sport (2020 - 2021) and as a Service Delivery Manager at Research Now (2012 - 2013), among other roles. Neil began their journey in data processing and analytics management at Progressive Research from 2005 to 2008. They are currently continuing their education at Anderson High School in Lerwick, Shetland.
