Silvia Romero is currently the Director of Global Audit at Walmart, a role they have held since 2025. With over 14 years of experience in external and internal auditing, Silvia has previously served as Senior Manager for both Internal Audit at Walmart Canada and Global Audit Services at Walmart Chile. They began their career as a Financial Audit Manager at Deloitte from 2006 to 2013. Silvia holds a degree in Public Accounting and Auditing from Universidad de Santiago de Chile and has pursued further education in Management Auditing and IFRS. Passionate about leadership and process efficiency, Silvia is dedicated to fostering collaboration and driving positive change in multicultural teams.
