Sanjeev Sonchhatra is a dedicated leader currently serving as the Director of People Strategy for WMUS Stores, Realty, & Energy, where they focus on aligning people objectives with Walmart's U.S. strategy to foster a high-performance culture. Previously, Sanjeev gained extensive experience at Target as an Executive Team Leader and at Big Lots as a Store Manager. Their journey in leadership continued at Walmart in various roles, including Store Co-Manager and Market Human Resources Manager. Sanjeev holds a Bachelor of Business Management and Leadership from Bellevue University and is passionate about advocating for belonging, diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
