Morgan Gunther is currently a Process and Knowledge Analyst for the Global HR Organization at the Walt Disney Company and a Ph.D. Candidate in Art & Architectural History. With five years of experience in communication and training development roles, Morgan has honed skills in writing, copy editing, and curriculum design. At Disney Parks, Experiences and Consumer Products, Morgan successfully collaborated with various stakeholders and managed multiple projects effectively. Morgan's research focuses on the intersection of architecture, space, and cultural place-making in Puerto Rico, culminating in the dissertation titled “Architecture, Urban Space, and Imperial Power: The Construction of Colonial Administration and Reform in Nineteenth-Century Puerto Rico.” Currently, Morgan serves as the Director of Transformation & Innovation Portfolio Integration at Walmart, overseeing initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence.
