Matthew Tegeler is an experienced Unit Manager with a strong background in the food production industry. With a Bachelor’s Degree and a demonstrated history of leadership roles, they have worked as a Plant Superintendent at Perdue Farms and as an Operations Manager at Cargill, where they oversaw significant teams and achieved notable profitability and safety awards. Currently self-employed as a Real Estate Investor since 2017, Matthew has also contributed to community initiatives through their role as a Hunger Study Coordinator for the Food Bank of Northeast Arkansas.
