Connor Phillips, Ph.D., is a Senior Manager in Customer Insights & Analytics at Walmart, where they focus on utilizing customer feedback through GenAI-powered models, global benchmarking studies, and customer experience consulting. Trained as a communication and social psychology researcher, Connor's PhD explored how individuals process conflicting information, adapt their beliefs, and experience emotional change, influencing their current approach to understanding customers.
