Ben Cole is a Senior Sourcing Manager in Supply Chain Construction - Real Estate at Walmart, a position they have held since 2013. Previously, Ben served as a CI Leader at Harsco Industrial Air-X-Changers from 2007 to 2012, where they directed continuous improvement efforts and trained kaizen teams. Ben also worked as a Lean Engineer at Chart Cooler Service Company and as a Manufacturing Engineer at Nordyne. They hold a BS in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and an MBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Oklahoma Christian University.
