Austin Spears is a passionate and driven professional currently serving as Senior Manager II of Global Investigations (Workplace Investigations) at Walmart. They began their career as an Investigator at the Arkansas Department of Human Services from 2011 to 2013 and transitioned to the Missouri Department of Social Services as a Child Abuse Investigator from 2013 to 2015. Austin held various roles at Walmart starting as a Global Investigator and progressing to Senior Manager II. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Missouri Southern State University in 2011.
