Scott Sears, P.E., CSP, is the Vice President of Safety and Loss Control at Walker Engineering, where they have served since 2012. Previously, they worked as the Regional Construction Engineering Manager at Travelers from 1998 to 2000. Scott graduated from Texas Tech University between 1984 and 1988 and specializes in construction risk management, safety, benchmarking, and program development.
