Quentin Axtens is currently the Head of Collins Square Hospitality Group at Walker Corporation, a position they have held since 2016. Prior to this, Quentin served as the Director of Food & Beverage at AccorHotels from 2008 to 2016 and was the General Manager of Venues at Delaware North Companies from 2001 to 2008, overseeing multiple food and beverage operations. Quentin began their career as a Banquet Manager at Crown Limited, where they worked from 1996 to 2000.
