Ray Van Voorhis is a Director of Operations with a decade of experience in customer support, emphasizing team building, collaboration, process improvement, strategic planning, and tools administration. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Operations and Support at Wagmo since 2024, Ray previously held roles such as Senior Manager and Manager of Customer Care at Lattice, where they focused on enhancing customer experiences. Ray’s research background includes roles as a Research Assistant in both Dr. Korban's Genetics Lab and Dr. Hu’s Paleolimnology Lab, as well as internships at the University of Illinois. Ray holds a Bachelor's degree in Honors Biology and East Asian Language and Culture from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
