Karl-Magnus Persson is an experienced researcher in neuromorphic computing and nanoelectronic devices, currently studying monolithic integration to demonstrate a vertical computational unit. They conducted a postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford University from 2015 to 2017, focusing on 3D memory cell integration with carbon nanotube circuits. Prior to this, they completed their PhD in nanoelectronics at Lund University, where they specialized in RF circuit integration using vertical III-V nanowires. Their research has led to multiple publications and a patent application, showcasing their significant contributions to the field. Karl-Magnus earned a Master of Science in Nanotechnology from Lund University in 2008 and also participated in exchange studies at Georgia Tech.
