Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Board Member of Visioneering Technologies Inc., they focus on innovative solutions for pediatric myopia management and presbyopia. Previously, Juan Carlos held various leadership roles at CooperVision, where they significantly contributed to the growth of the specialty contact lens market and developed the company's presence in multiple regions. Additionally, they volunteer as Chairman of the Board for Optometry Giving Sight, working to improve vision care access worldwide. Juan Carlos holds a degree in Optometry from Instituto Politécnico Nacional and is currently enrolled in the Chief Executive Officer's Management Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
