Jeremy Franck is an experienced professional in user experience and product management, with a significant background spanning over two decades. At TrialScope, Jeremy served as both Director of User Experience and Director of Product Management, overseeing the PharmaCM system and enhancing agile development processes. Following that, Jeremy held positions as Managing Director, Creative and Senior Product and UX Strategist at VShift, and later served as Senior Director of Product Design and Principal Product Designer at Medidata Solutions. As a founding member and partner of A Faster Horse, Jeremy contributed to the development of brands, products, and services using human-centered design. Previous roles also include Senior Interaction Designer at Euro RSCG and Associate Creative Director at Havas Worldwide, where Jeremy focused on digital marketing for major clients like IBM, and Senior Information Architect at Intrasphere Technologies, introducing UX practices for Fortune 100 companies.
