Struharova Jana is currently the Head of Organization & Process Management in the HR division at VÚB banka, a position held since 2018. Previously, they served as the Head of Organization and HR Division at the same institution. Jana has extensive experience as a Senior Consultant at Amrop Jenewein from 1998 to 2007 and worked as the Organization & HR Administration Manager at Slovenske elektrarne from 2007 to 2016. They earned a Master’s degree in Finance from Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave, completing their studies in 1998.
