Lucas Almeida is a Computer Engineering graduate who currently works as a Pleno Infrastructure Analyst at FI Group. They have experience in support and infrastructure, providing local user assistance and knowledge in TCP/IP protocols, Active Directory, Windows Server, and Office 365. Lucas has also engaged in contract analysis, vendor communication, and negotiations while recently expanding their support knowledge to include Latam, the United States, and Canada at a Level 1 capacity.
