Xiao-Dong Chen has a diverse background in pharmaceutical development, holding significant roles at various organizations. They are currently the Executive Director and Global Head of China Strategy & Operations at Vor Bio, a position they have held since 2026. Previously, they served as Drug Product Lead at Roivant Sciences and have experience as a Research Associate at The Ohio State University and a Research Assistant at Tulane University, among other positions. Xiao-Dong has also contributed to the National Science Foundation as an Industry Mentor and served on the Editorial Advisory Board for the Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences. They are pursuing advanced degrees, including a Master of Science from Tulane University and a Ph.D. from The Ohio State University.
