Vasilis Moutsakis is an experienced project developer with a focus on greenfield development for photovoltaic (PV), battery energy storage systems (BESS), and hybrid projects at Voltalia since June 2022. Prior to this role, Moutsakis was a project manager and lead engineer at ProfiNRG from January 2020 to June 2022, overseeing project teams and managing technical aspects of PV projects. Previous experience includes serving as an electrical design engineer at Alfen, where Moutsakis produced technical drawings and performed critical calculations, as well as working with PPC S.A. and Katsidonis Pantelis & SIA E.E. in electrical engineering roles. Moutsakisā career began with service as a reserve officer in the Hellenic Army, specializing in telecommunications. Currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, Moutsakis holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
